Embroiderers now have a hooping aid that will allow to them accurately and efficiently hoop a garment straight every time. This system projects laser guides on top of the garment to ensure that it is placed straight on the hooping board and provides guidance in inserting the tubular hoop straight on to the garment.

All of our systems are customized to the needs of your shop. You pick the number and type of lasers that will work the best for your needs. Build your custom laser alignment system to have a between two to four lasers mounted on the Embroidery Control Panel. You can choose between the following three types of lasers:

Optional Mounting Equipment – Table Stand

Mounting Bracket & Arm
Embroidery Hooping Laser Table Stand

Mounting the Embroidery Hooping Control Panel and your hooping board to a table or flat board will ensure that your laser guidelines stay in alignment. The Table Stand is 22 inches ( 56 centimeters) high and is made out of powder coated steel. The T-Shape base allows the stand to be securely fastened to a table or flat board.

The Mounting Bracket and Arm allows you to mount the Embroidery Hooping Control Panel to the side of a wall, table or from the ceiling. You can adjust the height of the control by sliding the Mounting Arm through the Bracket and tightening the adjusting bolt.

Power Source
Embroidery Hooping Laser System Tables Stand and Power Source

This control panel is wired for each laser to be powered by two standard D-Cell batteries. The estimated battery life for this system per a laser running 24 hours a day is 8 months. Rechargeable batteries can be used with this system as well.
