Working in conjunction with the HoopTech Cap Framing Station, this laser alignment system allows shops to accurately hoop caps faster than ever before. This complete alignment systems gives embroiderers laser guidelines to quickly align all types of caps on the Cap Framing Station.

The HoopTech Cap System is a complete system that consist of the Embroidery Control Panel, two Line Lasers and the Support Bar. You can additional lasers to this system, which can support up to four lasers. You can choose between the following three types of lasers:

Mounting Equipment – Support Bar (INCLUDED)
Support Bar for HoopTech Laser Alignment System

Laser Targeting Systems has developed a Support Bar to work in conjunction with the HoopTech Cap Framing Stand. The Support Bar allows you to move the Control Panel forward and back, as well as left and right. These bar is made out of powder coated steel.


Power Source
Power Source for HoopTech Cap Framing System

This control panel is wired for each laser to be powered by two standard D-Cell batteries. The estimated battery life for this system per a laser running 24 hours a day is 8 months. Rechargeable batteries can be used with this system as well. \
